We recommend booking 9–12 months before your event for full planning services, and at least 3–6 months for day-of coordination. Popular spring and fall weekend dates fill quickly. We do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
A signed contract and deposit are required to hold your date. Until those are received, your date remains available to other clients. We recommend moving quickly once you're ready — we would hate for you to miss out on your preferred date.
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make your dream event accessible. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance split into manageable installments leading up to your event.
Full planning means we are involved from day one — vendor selection, venue scouting, budget management, design, and everything in between. Day-of coordination means you have done the planning and we step in to execute your vision on the wedding day, managing vendors, timelines, and any unexpected situations.
Absolutely. While weddings are our specialty, we also plan baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversary celebrations, graduation parties, and corporate events. If it is worth celebrating, we would love to help.
We have a preferred vendor network of trusted photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and other professionals we have worked with and trust. However, we are always happy to work with vendors you have already booked or have your heart set on.
