Having coordinated 50+ events across Rock Hill and the Charlotte area, Kaitlyn has built deep relationships with trusted local vendors and venues — meaning her couples get priority access and seamless coordination from start to finish.

When she's not planning dream weddings, Kaitlyn is running around after her toddler, embracing mom life, floating in the pool, reading a good book, or making memories with her family.

Booking
How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking 9–12 months before your event for full planning services, and at least 3–6 months for day-of coordination. Popular spring and fall weekend dates fill quickly. We do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.

How do I secure my date? +

A signed contract and deposit are required to hold your date. Until those are received, your date remains available to other clients. We recommend moving quickly once you're ready — we would hate for you to miss out on your preferred date.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make your dream event accessible. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance split into manageable installments leading up to your event.

What is the difference between full planning and day-of coordination? +

Full planning means we are involved from day one — vendor selection, venue scouting, budget management, design, and everything in between. Day-of coordination means you have done the planning and we step in to execute your vision on the wedding day, managing vendors, timelines, and any unexpected situations.

Do you plan events outside of weddings? +

Absolutely. While weddings are our specialty, we also plan baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversary celebrations, graduation parties, and corporate events. If it is worth celebrating, we would love to help.

Do you work with a specific vendor list? +

We have a preferred vendor network of trusted photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and other professionals we have worked with and trust. However, we are always happy to work with vendors you have already booked or have your heart set on.

Can I rent decor items without hiring a planner? +

Yes! Our rental inventory is available as a standalone service. Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and submit a quote request. We will confirm availability for your date and send pricing. No full planning package required.

How does the rental quote process work? +

Browse the rentals page, add items to your cart, fill out the quote form with your event date and details, and submit. We will check availability and follow up within 24–48 hours. No payment is required until availability is confirmed.

Do you deliver and pick up rental items? +

Yes, delivery and pickup are available within our service area. Delivery fees vary based on distance from Rock Hill, SC. Full details are included in your formal quote.

What areas do you serve? +

We are based in Rock Hill, SC and serve the greater Charlotte metro area, including surrounding counties in NC and SC. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 60 miles from Rock Hill.

What happens if there is a problem on the day of? +

This is exactly why you hire a coordinator! We carry an emergency kit, maintain all vendor contacts, and have contingency plans for the most common day-of challenges. Our job is to handle problems invisibly so you and your guests never know anything was off.
